Elite Club Membership

How much does the Elite Club Membership cost?

The Elite Club Membership is only $199.00 per year! This one-time annual fee gives you access to exclusive benefits and significant savings on all your car wash supply needs.

How do I sign up for Elite Club Membership?

You can sign up online through our website or call one of our sales representatives. Membership activation is immediate upon payment processing.

When does my membership expire and how do I renew?

Your membership is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. You can renew online or by phone.

Ordering

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

What if I want to speak to someone?

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

Shipping

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia and the UK. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout).

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).

Pricing and Payment

Is a credit/debit pre-authorization required for purchases?

Please be aware that your bank may place a pre-authorization hold on your account. The amount of this pre-authorization will be the same as your order amount, excluding sales tax and shipping costs. This pre-authorization hold is usually released within 24 hours once the order ships but may last up to 7 business days for credit and debit customers. If you have any questions about your bank's pre-authorization hold policy, please call the number on the back of your card.
