All shipments must be shipped to the primary shipping address in your customer file; however, you may purchase additional shipment locations for $199.00/year. Your Elite Club Membership does not include free expedited shipping. You must purchase your Elite Club Membership with a credit/debit card. You may not share your Elite Club Membership with others, and your Elite Club Membership is not transferrable. Misuse or abuse of your Elite Club Membership may be grounds for cancellation of your membership. Once enrolled, your Elite Club Membership is valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase. We cannot issue full, partial, or prorated refunds for Elite Club Memberships. Your Elite Club Membership will automatically renew annually unless you notify Car Wash Superstore thirty (30) days in advance of your renewal date. NPE Enterprise LLC (dba Car Wash Superstore and National Pride Equipment) reserves the right to modify or cancel Elite Club Memberships at any time.

The following Terms and Conditions apply to the Car Wash Superstore May 2023 Elite Club Membership Discount Promotion (“Promotion”):

· Eligible Customers/Promotion: Any customer that purchases, renews, or adds an address for an Elite Club Membership to their customer account during the month of May 2023 shall receive a single-use discount code (“Code”), redeemable for $100.00 off their next order on www.carwashsuperstore.com.

· Delivery of Code: Each Code will be delivered via email to the email address associated with the customer account that purchased, renewed, or added an address for an Elite Club Membership. Car Wash Superstore is not responsible for undeliverable, late, lost, misdirected, or deleted email; a Code in any undeliverable, late, lost, misdirected, or deleted email cannot be replaced.

· Use of Code: Each Code must be used, in its entirety, for one (1) online order for any item(s) available for sale on www.carwashsuperstore.com; a Code cannot be used for orders placed by any other method (e.g., in-person, phone, email, etc.). A Code cannot be applied to any previously placed order. Each Code is valid for a limited time only; each Code expires on September 30, 2023, regardless of its date of delivery. A Code, or any unused balance thereof, cannot be redeemed for cash or credit, and any unused balance cannot be refunded. A Code cannot be duplicated, sold, or transferred in any manner, or made available to the general public (whether forwarded via email, posted to social media, etc.).

· Additional Terms: Other restrictions, and other Car Wash Superstore Terms and Conditions, may apply. The Promotion, and any order or Code associated therewith, may be cancelled, closed, or deactivated by Car Wash Superstore at any time, for any reason, without liability to Car Wash Superstore.
