Q: What does free shipping on "everything" include?

A: Free shipping on EVERYTHING includes: drop-ships, chemicals, vacuums, non-stock items, ground shipping, LTL, oversized, overweight, truck loads, and special orders. No complex rewards system, and no minimum order requirement!

Q: Free shipping on everything? There has to be a catch. Are you increasing item prices?

A: Car Wash Superstore will continue to offer competitive prices - list or below list pricing on everything. We are transparent on pricing - no surprise fees (hazmat, lift gate, etc.).

Q: Is a credit/debit pre-authorization required for purchases?

A: Please be aware that your bank may place a pre-authorization hold on your account. The amount of this pre-authorization will be the same as your order amount, excluding sales tax and shipping costs. This pre-authorization hold is usually released within 24 hours once the order ships but may last up to 7 business days for credit and debit customers. If you have any questions about your bank’s pre-authorization hold policy, please call the number on the back of your card.
